How it all started...
In 1999, a group of friends was involved in a Bible study together. They felt a call from the Lord to minister to their community, Fremont, IN. They started Fremont Community Church in a small storefront. They quickly moved to the old Fremont High School gym. In 2003, to better serve the community, they partnered with multiple organizations to build the Fremont Youth Community Center at 601 N Coldwater St in Fremont, IN.
In 2016, the church hired Pastor Josh Hawkins as lead pastor.
They continue to serve Fremont as led by the Holy Spirit.
FCC is a family of believers dedicated to learning together, every day, from Jesus how to love God and love people
FCC is called to be and make disciples of Jesus through Kingdom Power, Kingdom Practices, and Kingdom Principles. As a family, we will partner with Jesus in meeting the messiest, most desperate needs of our community with His love.
